Priyesh Sanghvi

Priyesh Sanghvi is currently the Co-Founder & CEO at Visionify. Previously, they worked at Qualcomm for 13 years, where they got opportunities to work on and lead several key software projects across various business units while contributing first hand to the Smartphone revolution.

Sanghvi started developing device drivers for display interface(MDDI) at Qualcomm. Priyesh then worked on developing a certification framework which was used for 3rd party display vendor certification for MDDI compliance. This framework was used to certify 100s of 3rd party MDDI based devices. Later, they were involved in developing bootloaders for flagship chipsets. Priyesh also built an end to end test framework to validate the bootloader stages. This test framework is still used extensively by teams even after several years.

Sanghvi then started leading a small team which delivered CoreBSP peripheral drivers like I2C, SPI, UART, SPMI, etc. across all the OSes (Android, QC, Win, QNX). This team grew multiple folds spanning across 3 different time zones. The team's output was key to some of the most important features like modem, power management, touchscreens, storage etc. which were the key differentiators for the Qualcomm chipsets.

The team developed a robust test framework using Python from scratch and added 1000's of regression tests. This test framework is widely used today with integration to CI/CD systems for the efficient development cycle.

Priyesh Sanghvi received their Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Rutgers University. Priyesh also has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Vivekanand Education Society's Institute Of Technology.
