Umberto Bargiggia

Umberto Bargiggia has an extensive work experience across various industries. Umberto started their career as a Stageur at Ethicon Endo-Surgery in 2009 before moving on to roles such as Country Manager and Responsible Vendite at Heine Optotechnik. In 2011, they became Sales & Customer Service Manager at INTERMED S.r.l. Umberto then joined HEINE Optotechnik in 2013, progressing through roles such as Regional Sales Manager and Director of Sales before becoming Director of Sales - EMEA. In 2020, they joined Grifols as the Diagnostic Division Director for Italy. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President EMEA at Visionix, starting in 2024.

Umberto Bargiggia studied at the Università di Pavia from 2001 to 2009, where they completed a Specialist Degree in Biomedical Engineering with a focus on BioMechanics.
