Dmitry Markov

Dmitry Markov has extensive experience in leadership positions within the technology and communications sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at VisionLabs since January 2020, Dmitry has previously held significant roles such as Director of Information Infrastructure at ANO Digital Economy from 2018 to 2020, and CEO at OAO Navigation Information Systems from 2014 to 2019, after serving as Program Director at the same company from 2011 to 2014. Dmitry also led the construction and development department of the network at Comstar from 2008 to 2011. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The California State University in 2010, and an engineering degree in communication networks and switching systems from Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics (MTUCI) obtained in 1999.
