Jero S. has a diverse work experience in the robotics industry. Their most recent position is as a Country Manager at VisionNav Robotics, where they lead the technical-commercial activity and provides support to partners and customers in Spain and Portugal. Jero is also involved in business development in the rest of Europe, specializing in intralogistics automation solutions using advanced technologies.

During their time at ASTI, Jero also served as the Business Development Coordinator for the German AGV market, handling commercial engineering and key account management tasks. Jero successfully negotiated a 5-year Key Supplier Agreement and managed ASTI's second-largest customer account.

Jero started their career at ASTI as a Business Development Trainee, gaining valuable experience in the industry. Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise in technical sales, business development, and project management in the robotics field.

Jero S. completed a Bachelor of Industrial Organization Engineering from Universidad de Burgos from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Technical Engineering degree in IT Management from the same university from 2009 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Jero S. has obtained several certifications. In 2022, they completed a course called "Harvard ManageMentor - Developing Employees" from Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning. In 2019, they acquired a certification titled "SELL... WITHOUT SELLING" from Felipe García Rey, as well as "Customer Experience / CEX: Awareness and Co-Creation" from Quid Qualitas: Inspiring Customer Experiences. In 2016, Jero S. completed a course on "Dale Carnegie on Effective Communication and Human Relationships" from Dale Carnegie Training Spain. What if you could read beyond their words?" from APD in 2015, and "Berufungsurkunde GPL FB3 FA309 Fahrerlose Transportsysteme" from VDI Verein Deutscher Ingenieure e.V. in 2018.
