In fact, around the office, we joke that if you added up all the nation’s higher ed website redesigns over the past several years, Carissa would have had a hand in half of them (and that’s probably only a slight exaggeration). From strategy and IA to design, development, and launch, Carissa does it all with infectious poise and quiet confidence.
