As Vice President of Client Services, Katy Campbell leads our account directors and managers and works closely with our Client Services teams to enhance our innovative insights and bring VisionPoint’s capabilities to life for our clients. As a strong client advocate with proven success in creative, integrated marketing, and web services, Katy combines proven leadership, a knack for delivering measurable results, and thoughtful strategic consideration.

With her understanding of clients’ brands and competitive positions, Katy naturally pinpoints strengths that set them apart and drives success for both her clients and team members. Her experience as an Account Director at VisionPoint gives her the added perspective of all the details that surround leading successful projects which allows her to operate with the utmost efficiency.

The strong relationships she forms with our clients are a testament to the way she has approached every aspect of her career, fostering a sense of collaboration with both internal and external team members. She’s simply a delightful person, and clients and coworkers frequently express how much they enjoy working with her.

Before joining the VisionPoint team, Katy was the Director of Marketing and Partnerships for the North Carolina Football Club, where she helped lead rebranding and marketing campaigns for both the North Carolina FC and the NC Courage soccer clubs. In this role, Katy honed her leadership and cross-team collaboration skills by acting as the multi-department leader for creative services, communications, corporate partnerships, and ticket departments. Her success was not only qualitative but quantitative, as she successfully increased sponsorship retention by 20% in one year.

A proud Wolfpack alumna, Katy holds a B.S. in Sport Management with a minor in Business from North Carolina State University. When Katy isn’t narrowed in on turning out stunning strategic considerations, you may find her roaming Raleigh with her rescue pup, Li’l Sebastian, or searching for an incredible find at a local thrift store.
