Shellie Lesser

Shellie Lesser, CPA, is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Financial Controller at Visions Adolescent Treatment Centers since June 2020, Shellie plays a key role on the leadership team to innovate and structure the accounting and finance department. Prior to this, Shellie held the position of VP of Finance and Accounting at Madison House, where responsibilities included strategic direction formulation, treasury oversight, and financial reporting. As CFO for North America at Alpina Frederique Constant USA Inc., Shellie provided financial leadership and established processes to facilitate the brand's growth. Additional experience includes roles at Darden, where Shellie managed corporate reporting, and at the St. Louis Cardinals, overseeing compliance and payroll functions. Shellie's academic background includes an MBA in Accounting from Lindenwood University and a BS in Mathematics from Liberty University.
