Takeena Deas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and community development. Currently serving as the Managing Director of D2 Reliable Property Preservation Services since September 2020, Takeena focuses on providing tailored cleaning services for real estate properties. Additionally, as the Director of Fund Development at Visions and Pathways since January 2024, Takeena is committed to enhancing the organization’s impact through community engagement and strategic fundraising initiatives. Takeena also operates Deas Inspiration, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in project management and stakeholder engagement, and previously held the position of Director of Community Relations at the Somerset County Business Partnership from April 2008 to January 2018, where collaborative efforts aimed at improving the local economy and quality of life were emphasized.

Visions and Pathways
Visions and Pathways (V&P) was New Jersey’s first private, 501(c)(3) non-profit youth shelter, incorporated in 1970 and opened in 1973. It is the mission of Visions and Pathways to provide abused, neglected and homeless youth with housing, a stable environment, and supportive services that guide them in becoming self-sufficient. V&P’s programs include; a short-term group home, residential transitional-living programs, Prosperity - an independent-living skills education program, Street Smart street outreach, arts and recreation and “Transitions” aftercare to continue providing support for youth who have been discharged from a V&P program.
