Kristen Klosterman

Kristen Klosterman is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in recruitment and employee relations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Visions since March 2023, Kristen previously held various roles at Cooper Farms, including Corporate Recruiter and Human Resources Generalist, where responsibilities encompassed managing the hiring process, coordinating staffing needs, and serving as a point of contact for temporary agencies.
