Steve Wayman, MSM has over two decades of dynamic leadership experience in the credit union industry. Steve is currently the EVP | Chief Technology & Optimization Officer at Visions Federal Credit Union. In this role, they have exceeded performance goals and metrics in retail branches, operations, data science analysis, and process re-engineering. Steve uses Robotic Process Automation and data-driven insights to deliver high value to the members and teams. Steve is also a Wharton School certified professional in Strategic Management, skilled in developing and deploying sustainable competitive advantage, refining digitally connected strategies, and driving growth through predictive analytics. Before their current role, Steve held various positions at Visions Federal Credit Union, including Vice President | Chief Data & Performance Officer, AVP/Business Performance, Member Operations, Mergers & Acquisitions, Assistant Vice President / Regional Member Services Officer, Branch Manager II, and Sales and Service Rep.

Steve Wayman, MSM has a diverse educational background with a focus on technology, data science, strategic management, and leadership. Steve obtained an Executive Certificate in Technology and Operations from MIT Sloan School of Management. Steve also completed a program on DIGITAL STRATEGIES FOR TRANSFORMING YOUR BUSINESS from the same institution. In 2018, they received certification from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Data Science and Big Data Analytics, emphasizing the skills necessary for making data-driven decisions.

Steve further expanded their knowledge in strategic management by obtaining a Strategic Management Professional Certificate from The Wharton School in 2020. Steve also completed a course on Competitive Advantage from the same institution in 2020. Additionally, they enrolled in an Executive Data Science program at The Johns Hopkins University in 2018.

In terms of formal degrees, Steve holds a Master of Science in Management (MSM) with a specialization in Organizational Leadership from Excelsior University. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science Degree (B.S.) in Business from the same university.
