Jon-Michael Kasten

Jon-Michael Kasten is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries, including aerospace, technology, and manufacturing. As the current CEO of VisionSafe since January 2025, Jon-Michael previously served as President & CEO of Integrated Technologies Inc. from March 2023 to January 2025 and held the position of Director of Strategy and Business Development at Crane Aerospace & Electronics from December 2018 to March 2023, where Jon-Michael led mergers and acquisitions efforts. Other notable positions include Chief Operating Officer at MainStem and Director of Sales & Marketing at AvtechTyee, where strategic oversight and business development were paramount. Jon-Michael also has a solid engineering background, having started in various engineering and management roles. Jon-Michael holds an MBA with a finance specialization from Seattle University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, supplemented by studies at Chalmers University of Technology.
