Alex Kifford

Alex Kifford is an experienced professional in solutions engineering and product management, currently serving as the Head of Solutions Engineering at VisionTrack since April 2020. In this role, Alex is responsible for solution design and alignment of technical capabilities with customer requirements, as well as overseeing pre-sales engineering support and cross-functional collaboration. Previous positions at VisionTrack include Head of Product, QA & Technical Support, and Technical Engineering Manager, where responsibilities encompassed quality assurance for telematics platforms, technical support management, and integration of telematics devices. Prior to VisionTrack, Alex was the Engineering Manager at PINNACLE iMATS, managing field service teams and product development, and has held roles ranging from Field Service Engineer to IT Administrator in earlier positions, showcasing a strong background in technical support and system integration across various industries.
