Carmie Rowland

Carmie Rowland is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in human resources and recruitment. Currently serving as an Optometric Talent Sourcer/Recruiter at Visionworks of America since December 2020, Carmie previously held multiple roles at Guitar Center, including Human Resources Coordinator and HRIS Coordinator, where a passion for onboarding and applicant support was demonstrated.
