Dan Cook is a seasoned marketing and brand management professional with extensive experience in tourism and retail marketing. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Marketing and Brand Management for Visit Annapolis & Anne Arundel County since March 2022, Dan previously held key positions including Acting Director of Tourism and Tourism Marketing Director at Prince William County, where responsibilities encompassed marketing strategy, social media management, and team leadership. Dan's career also includes roles as Director of Retail Marketing at Lerner Enterprises, where sponsorship and media sales were emphasized, and Assistant Marketing Manager/Tourism Manager at Kravco Company LLC, focusing on marketing the King of Prussia Mall. Dan began the professional journey as a Tourism Marketing Coordinator at The Taubman Company, marketing Woodfield Mall. A graduate of Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, with a BS in Speech Communication and Public Relations, Dan brings a strong educational foundation to a diverse career in marketing.
