Shelby Ureste

Shelby Ureste is an accomplished operations manager currently serving at Visit Austin since September 2024. Prior to this role, Shelby held multiple positions at francesca’s®, including District Trainer and Multi Boutique Team Leader from May 2021 to September 2024. Experience also includes a role as a Stylist at Stitch Fix from December 2020 to June 2021 and significant tenure at Justice, where Shelby advanced through various positions from Brand Representative to Store Sales Leader over nearly a decade. Early experience includes counseling at Lutherhill Ministries and serving as an Assistant Coach for BRAZOS VALLEY JUNIORS. Shelby earned a degree from Texas Tech University between 2013 and 2017.
