Olivia Puglisi has a strong work experience in the hospitality industry, starting in 2003 with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC as a Ritz-Carlton hotel employee in Philadelphia. In 2007, they joined Hyatt Hotels Corporation as a Convention Services Manager, where they stayed until 2012. During their time at Hyatt, they also worked as a Convention Services Manager at Hyatt Regency Long Beach from 2008 to 2010. In 2012, Olivia joined Visit Baltimore as a Senior Convention Services Manager. Olivia gradually moved up the ranks and held positions such as Associate Director of Convention Services and, most recently, Director of Customer Experience, a role they have been in since November 2019.
Olivia Puglisi obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management from Temple University. Olivia attended the institution from 2003 to 2007.
