Julie Gorman

Julie Gorman has a diverse work experience, starting in 1989 as a Concierge at La Valencia Hotel. Julie then worked as the Director of Operations at Enjoy California Enterprises from 1991 to 1995. Julie then joined the Flavor Extract Managers Association as the Director of Meetings, where they planned and executed annual meetings. In 2002, they became the Travel Director at Health Management Academy, responsible for coordinating conferences and meetings. After that, Julie took on the role of Director of Sales Western Region at the Sacramento Convention & Visitors Bureau from 2008 to 2009. Julie then moved on to become the Director of Sales Western Region at the Fort Worth Convention and Visitors Bureau. Currently, Julie holds the position of Director of Sales Western Region at Visit Fort Worth, a role they have held since 2009.

Julie Gorman completed their education history at San Diego State University from 1985 to 1988, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Recreation Management. Prior to that, they attended Point Loma High School from 1979 to 1983, where they did not earn a degree or specify a field of study.
