Schuyler Heird

Schuyler Heird has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Schuyler started their career as a Volunteer/Intern at Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital in 2012. Schuyler then worked as a Youth Head Basketball Coach at Blacksburg Parks and Recreation from November 2013 to March 2014. Later, they joined Carilion Clinic as an Intern/Volunteer from September 2013 to April 2014. In 2014, Schuyler worked as a Sales Representative at UniFirst Corporation from August 2014 to October 2015.

In 2015, Schuyler joined MedStar Washington Hospital Center and took on the role of Coordinator, where they performed various office support functions. Schuyler worked in this position from November 2015 to April 2016. From April 2016 to June 2017, they served as an Emergency Department/MedSTAR Trauma Associate at the same hospital.

Schuyler then transitioned to McCarthy Physical Therapy as an Office Manager from June 2017 to June 2019. In June 2019, they joined The H Collective, initially as an Office Manager, HR Coordinator, and EA to CEO from June to December 2019. Schuyler later took on the role of Operations Manager, HR Director, and EA to CEO from December 2019 to September 2020.

Currently, Schuyler is working at Visit Healthcare. Schuyler started as an Operations Manager from September 2020 to January 2021. Schuyler then progressed to the position of Director of Operations, West Coast from January 2021 to July 2021. Schuyler currently holds the position of Vice President, Western Region.
