Joyce Russell

Joyce Russell has a comprehensive work experience in sales and marketing roles in the hospitality industry. Joyce started their career as a Sales Manager at Westin Indianapolis in 1987 and held this position until 1999. Russell then joined Starwood Hotels and Resorts as a Task Force Director of Sales and Marketing from 1999 to 2002. Joyce subsequently returned to the Westin Indianapolis in 2002 and held the positions of Director of Group Sales from 2002 to 2007, and then Director of Sales and Marketing from 2007 to 2012.

In 2012, Russell joined Visit Indy as the Director of Sales, East Coast. Joyce was then promoted to the position of Senior Director of Sales, and currently holds the role of Managing Director of Sales. The specific start and end dates for these roles are not provided, indicating that Russell is currently still employed at Visit Indy.

Joyce Russell completed their high school education at Tipton High School from 1975 to 1979. Joyce then attended Ball State University from 1979 to 1984, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree.
