Destination Experience Manager, Conventions at Visit Indy

Kathleen Headington, CMP, currently serves as the Destination Experience Manager for Conventions at Visit Indy, a position held since November 2021. With extensive experience in event management, Kathleen has also worked as an IHSAA Gymnastics Official since January 2004. Previous roles include Events Manager and Meetings and Events Coordinator at Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity, Inc. from June 2010 to November 2021, as well as Assistant Director of Facility Operations. Additionally, Kathleen was the Associate Director of Youth Ministries at St. Luke's United Methodist Church from February 2007 to June 2010, where responsibilities included coordinating senior high youth programming and increasing volunteer involvement. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from Butler University, earned in 2006.
