Jessica Calter, MBA

Jessica Calter, MBA has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing, communications, and external affairs. Jessica is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Advancement & External Affairs at Visit Philadelphia since November 2022. Prior to this, Jessica held the position of Vice President Marketing Communications & Government Affairs at PIDC from September 2013 to November 2022.

Before joining PIDC, Jessica worked at Arden Theatre Company as the Director of Institutional Advancement from August 2010 to September 2013. Jessica also gained experience in the marketing field as the Associate Director Marketing at The Philadelphia Orchestra from 2006 to 2010 and as the Director of Marketing at The Mann Center for the Performing Arts in 2006.

Jessica started their career in the non-profit sector as the Director of Community Relations at Arden Theatre Company in 2002 and held this position until 2006.

Jessica Calter, MBA began their education by obtaining a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Drama from Syracuse University in 2001. Jessica then pursued further education at Penn State University, where they earned a Masters degree in Business Administration. Jessica completed their MBA from 2008 to 2010, specializing in Business Administration. Additionally, Jessica Calter attended LEADERSHIP Philadelphia as a Fellow in 2018, where they took part in the Core Class program.
