Michele Lawrie

Michele Lawrie has extensive work experience in the sales and hospitality industry. Michele currently works as the Director of National Accounts at Visit Phoenix since 2016. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Manager of Meeting Services at HIMSS from 2013 to 2016. Michele also worked at the Hyatt Corporation from 2007 to 2013, holding the position of Director of Worldwide Accounts. Before that, they worked as a Senior Sales Manager at the Hyatt Regency Chicago from 2004 to 2007 and as a Sales Manager at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare from 1999 to 2004. Michele began their career as an Account Executive at Xerox Sales Agency from 1997 to 1999.

Michele Lawrie earned a BS degree in Hospitality Management/Business from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completing their education between 1993 and 1997.
