Rachel Laber Pulvino

Rachel Laber Pulvino is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in public relations and digital media. Currently serving as Vice President of Communications at Visit Rochester since January 2016, Rachel previously held various communication roles including Director of Market Communications & Public Relations and Director of Communications and Public Relations. Prior experience includes serving as Public Relations and Social Media Manager at Dixon Schwabl Advertising, Digital Media and Public Relations Account Executive at Marina Maher Communications, and Assistant Account Executive at MSLGROUP. Rachel holds a Master’s degree in Public Relations from Syracuse University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Psychology, and Dance from SUNY Geneseo.
