Since 2002, Joyce has served as Vice President, Partnership and Vice President at Visit Tampa Bay, contributing to the growth and development of the organization. Prior to retirement in July 2018, Joyce held the title of BOSS, showcasing a diverse skill set and leadership capabilities.
