Michelle Ronda has extensive experience in operations and management, with a strong focus on leadership roles within retail and service industries. From October 2016 to September 2021, Michelle served as Executive Director of Operations and held multiple HR-related positions at Visiting Angels. Prior experience includes a role as B2B Consultant at Staples Business Advantage and Store Manager positions at New York & Company and Bath and Body Works Limited Brand. Additionally, Michelle managed a significant portfolio of ten stores for Big M Inc., overseeing a staff of 30 managers and 120 employees, and was responsible for P&L management to ensure profitability. Michelle holds an Associate of Arts degree in Marketing from the College of DuPage.
