James Ryan Fulmer

James Ryan Fulmer, DPT, currently serves as the Assistant Director and Clinical Manager at VNA Health since September 2021. Prior to this role, James worked as a Physical Therapist at Consonus Healthcare from September 2020 to January 2022, and at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital from November 2017 to September 2021. Earlier experience includes positions as a Physical Therapist at Postureworks Physical Therapy and Forster Physical Therapy between March 2015 and March 2015. James began professional training as a Student Physical Therapist at Thomas Jefferson University from August 2010 to August 2013, where a Doctorate of Physical Therapy was obtained. Educational background also includes a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Oregon State University, completed from 2006 to 2008.
