Karen Ferrer

Karen Ferrer has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Karen started their career as a Registered Nurse at Martin Health System in 2010 and worked there until 2012. Afterwards, they joined the Visiting Nurse Association of Florida where they held different positions including Admissions Coordinator from December 2012 to December 2018, Director of Clinical Services from December 2018 to March 2022, and currently holds the position of VP of Clinical Services/QI since March 2022.

Karen Ferrer began their education journey at Indian River State College in 2005, where they pursued an Associate's degree in Nursing Science. Karen successfully completed their studies in 2008. Continuing their education, Karen attended the same college from 2008 to 2010, this time pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse.
