Tara Bell

Tara Bell has extensive experience in care coordination and management, currently serving as an MSW Care Coordinator at Visiting Nurse Health System since November 2022. Previously, Tara held a position in Care Management at Piedmont Healthcare from February 2021 to September 2022. Earlier roles include a Sales Lead at New York and Company (June 2018 - September 2020), an intern at the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs (August 2018 - May 2019) and Hospice Advantage (August 2015 - May 2016), and a Residential Advisor at Action Ministries, Inc. (August 2016 - August 2017). Tara also has a background in customer service as a Greeter and Expo at Rafferty's Inc. (January 2013 - January 2016) and as an Assistant Manager at New York and Company (August 2007 - May 2013). Tara holds three degrees from Kennesaw State University: a Master’s Degree in Social Work (2016 - 2019), a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Case Management (2014 - 2016), and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (2007 - 2012).
