Richard Dewald

Richard DeWald is an experienced healthcare data professional with a focus on hospice clinical informatics and data analysis. Currently serving as a Hospice Data Analyst and Linux System Administrator at VNS Health since October 2016, Richard is responsible for the integration of hospice data within the VNSNY Business Intelligence infrastructure. Prior to this role, Richard held various positions including Senior Analyst at Visiting Nurse Service of New York Hospice and Palliative Care, Quality Improvement Specialist at Visiting Nurse Service of New York, and Informatics Manager at both Jacob Perlow Hospice and Continuum Hospice. Richard began the professional career as a Privacy Official at Hebrew Hospital Home, further complementing extensive experience with a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from The University of Texas at Austin.
