Arlene D. Trolman

Dr. Arlene Trolman is a Registered Nurse who received a BS degree and an MS degree in Psychiatric Mental Health nursing from Adelphi University. She obtained a Master’s degree in Education and a Doctoral degree from the Department of Family and Community at Columbia University and is certified in Hypnotherapy. She has been a member of the Board of Trustees of Visiting Nurse Service & Hospice of Suffolk since 1999.

Dr. Trolman has been a professor at Adelphi University College of Nursing and Public Health for over 45 years. She also has a private practice in psychotherapy which she has enjoyed for 40 years. Additionally, she is a partner in a Geriatric Consulting business.
