Barbara Sorelle

Barbara Sorelle is an advocate for health care and child welfare throughout Long Island. While Event Planner for Visiting Nurse Service & Hospice of Suffolk, she was responsible for the management and coordination of all fundraising events. In this role, she launched the Golf Classic, the largest fundraiser of VNSHS which has raised more than $1 million since its inception in 2001, the concert series, fashion show, Paws for a Cause and winter soiree as well as forged longstanding community and corporate partnerships. Specializing in residential marketing and sales, Barbara is also a New York State licensed realtor and member of the National Association of Realtors, New York State Association of Realtors and Long Island Board of Realtors.

She has also worked to promote the welfare of children in their home, school and community and served on the Board of the Northport Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club of Northport.
