Eva Holm

Eva Holm (fd Edin) is currently serving as Beställarchef at Västerås stad since 2023. They have held various roles in public sector procurement and food management, including positions as Kostchef at Arboga kommun from 2019 to 2022 and at Upplands-Bro Kommun from 2011 to 2015. Eva previously worked as a Strateg at Upphandlingsmyndigheten from 2017 to 2019 and as Upphandlare at Uppsala kommun from 2015 to 2016. They also served as Förplägnadschef at Försvarsmakten from 2000 to 2008 and as Kostchef at Botkyrka kommun from 2009 to 2011. Eva holds a Kandidatexamen in kostekonomi from Uppsala universitet, obtained in 2000.
