Johan Lemenant currently serves as Chargé de projets Performance Opérationnelle at TRIMET France SAS since September 2023. Previously, Johan held the position of Chargé de projets Lean et Performance at EUROAPI, focusing on enhancing Lean Manufacturing tools for operational performance and supply chain agility. At Sanofi, Johan contributed as Assistant Chargé de Qualité, assisting in quality documentation, equipment validation, and SAP implementation, while also working as Assistant Lean to support production tracking and organizational changes. Johan's early career includes teaching English at 優時代幼兒園 and serving as Technicien supérieur en production industrielle at Mercedes-Benz Trucks France, where continuous improvement methodologies were applied.
