Max Karlsén

Max Karlsén is a seasoned finance and business leader currently serving as CFO of Visma Software AB since April 2023. Previously, Max held various senior roles at Novartis from January 2011 to March 2023, culminating as Head of Immunology in Sweden, overseeing a business surpassing $60 million and leading a diverse team. Max's experience includes significant positions such as Senior Financial Analyst for Novartis Group and Head of Business Controlling for the Nordics, managing extensive teams and substantial budgets. Prior to Novartis, Max worked at E.ON as a Business Analyst and Business Developer, focusing on financial planning and project management. Max's early career includes a role as a Political Advisor with the European Parliament. Max holds an LLM in Law from Lund University.
