Head Of Data & Analytics (interim)

Michael Sants serves as the interim Head of Data & Analytics at Visma, where responsibilities include leading the central Data & Analytics department, driving the group’s Data Strategy, and developing data and AI products. Previous roles at Visma encompass Data Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager for Visma Data Lake, and CX & Marketing Data Advisor, with notable achievements in enhancing data-driven marketing and establishing a scalable Product Branding Framework. Michael has also contributed to the academic field as a Guest Lecturer and Research Assistant at BI Norwegian Business School, and has held various consulting and internship positions focused on marketing analytics and strategic consulting. Michael holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in Strategic Marketing Management and an MSc in Marketing Analytics & Data Science from BI Norwegian Business School and the University of Groningen, respectively.
