Carmen Novac

Carmen Novac has extensive experience in human resources (HR) roles. Carmen is currently working as an HR Lead at Visma Romania since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Manager at Varroc Lighting Systems from May 2019 to April 2022. Carmen also had a role as an HR Lead at Accenture, where they were responsible for the HR teams in Timisoara and Iasi from March 2014 to May 2019. Carmen has experience in managing HR projects in Romania centers, including engagement, succession planning, career paths, recognition, inclusion and diversity, onboarding, and flexible benefits. Carmen's previous experience includes working as an HR Manager at Siliken S.A. from March 2011 to February 2014 and as an HR/Production Assistant at CRH Romania from February 2009 to February 2011.

Carmen Novac completed their education at West University of Timisoara, where they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources in 2008. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies in Management and HR at the same university from 2002 to 2006. Carmen also holds a certification as an HR Inspector, which was obtained in 2007. There is no information available regarding their education at Liceul de Arte Plastice Timisoara.
