Selen Hafızoğlu

Selen Hafızoğlu has a diverse range of work experience. Selen started their career as an intern at Şişecam in 2009 and later interned at As Çelik Casting Finishing Industry & Trade Inc. Co., where they focused on process improvements and documentation. In 2010, they also completed an internship at Atatürk Bahçe Kültürleri Merkez Araştırma Enstitüsü, ABKAE.

Moving forward, Selen worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at EKU FREN from October 2012 to September 2014. Following that, they became the Head of Quality at Formplast from September 2014 to October 2016. Selen then took on the role of QA and PEx Specialist at Corning Incorporated from October 2016 to January 2021.

In 2021, Selen joined APRO as a Project Manager and held the position until April 2022 when they transitioned to Vispera as a Project Manager.

Selen Hafızoğlu's education history begins with their high school education at Alaplı Anatolian High School from 2001 to 2005, where they focused on science and math. Selen then attended Yildiz Technical University from 2005 to 2010, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering. Additionally, they pursued a double major at the same university from 2007 to 2012 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering as well.

Later on, Selen pursued a Master's degree in Information Technology at Galatasaray Üniversitesi, completing their studies from 2022 to 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Selen Hafızoğlu has obtained various certifications. These include the Dimensional Leadership certification from Corning Incorporated in March 2019, the Macro certification from Professional Minds in January 2019, and the Presentation Skill certification from Tools2Lead, also in January 2019. Selen also obtained the ISO45001:2018 Internal Auditor certification from Cardea in December 2018 and the PMP certification from İstanbul Kurumsal Gelişim in November 2018.
