Noora Lehtonen

Noora Lehtonen has held multiple roles in the finance and operations industries. In 2021, they began working as an Operations Manager for Visplore. Prior to that, they were a Finance Manager for MediaStream AG from 2020. From 2016 to 2021, they held the role of CEO & Partner for PHZ Full Stack, where they coordinated the Executive Team on group level to ensure meeting of KPIs and returning positive returns to shareholders. From 2015 to 2016, they were the CFO of Pharazon AB, managing and enabling a nearly 100 per cent yearly profitable growth through financing solutions and KPI management. Additionally, they held the role of Finance Manager for Pharazon Ab, responsible for financial accounting and reporting, management accounting and controlling, transactions, A/R, A/P, payroll, taxation and audits. From 2015 to 2016, they were also the CEO & Partner of Apprien, working as a product owner for the development and assisting the analytics team in data analysis. In 2014, they had an internship at Innofreaks Oy, where they became familiar with Lean practices, business model design and validation, as well as agile software development practices, such as Scrum and Extreme Programming.

Noora Lehtonen completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in European Management from Helsinki Metropolia University of Applied Sciences between 2011 and 2015. During this time, they also completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in International Bachelor Programme in Management, Banking and Finance Specialisation from Rennes School of Business between 2013 and 2014.
