Håvard Odden

Håvard Odden has a diverse work experience in the maritime and oil & gas industries. Håvard started their career in 2003 at Kongsberg Oil & Gas, where they held various roles including Process Engineer, Senior Process Engineer, Technical Advisor, Technical Sales Engineer, and Sales Manager. In 2011, they joined Kongsberg Maritime as the Head of Sales - Process Simulation. Håvard then moved to Kongsberg Oil & Gas again in 2014, where they served as the General Manager South-East Asia, responsible for establishing an office and managing a team of 15 employees. In 2016, they joined Vissim AS as the Vice President Sales & Marketing, and later became the Senior Vice President Maritime Awareness.

Håvard Odden attended the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained an MSc degree in Technical Cybernetics.
