Šimon Obušek

Šimon Obušek is an experienced QA Automation Engineer with a strong background in software development and testing. Currently serving as a Senior QA Automation Engineer at Vissim since March 2023, Šimon focuses on high-quality test automation processes in innovative maritime and offshore energy projects. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Test Automation Engineer at EPAM Systems from September 2020 to January 2023, where Šimon developed test automation frameworks and executed UI/API performance testing. Earlier positions include Quality Assurance Engineer at Wirecard AG, where Šimon implemented functional and integration tests, and Quality Assurance roles at Ness KDC and Caplin Systems Ltd., involving automated testing of backend and frontend applications. Šimon holds a Bachelor's degree in Informatics from the Technical University of Kosice, completed in 2013.
