Elizabeth Drazich

Elizabeth Drazich is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as a First Officer for Vista America, flying the Bombardier Challenger 300/350 since October 2023 and the Cessna Citation Ultra from September 2022 to October 2023. Prior to this role, Elizabeth worked as a pilot for Grant Aviation and as a Certified Flight Instructor - Instrument for Precision Aviation Group. Elizabeth's career in aviation began at McAir Aviation, L.L.C. as a dispatcher. Before transitioning to aviation, Elizabeth held roles in recruitment at Carrier Corporation, WilsonHCG, and PrincetonOne, where responsibilities included sourcing top talent and managing candidate communications. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Aeronautics from Liberty University, completed in August 2022.
