Jason Richardson

Jason Reams is an accomplished ADA Coordinator at Loudoun County Public Schools since June 2021 and has served as a Benefits Specialist at Vista Autism Services since March 2016, managing multi-million dollar benefits programs for a diverse staff of 350. With a strong background in employing innovative strategies to support individuals with autism through individualized assessments and community resource development, Jason has held a range of roles, including Lead Behavioral Technician and Educational Behavioral Support, focusing on maximizing student well-being and educational outcomes. Additionally, experience as a substitute teacher and therapeutic staff support complements a foundation in school counseling and psychology, supported by a Master of Education in School Counseling from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Messiah University.
