În iulie 2018, banca a fost preluată de un nou acționar, unul dintre cele mai mari conglomerate industriale din sud-estul Europei. Această nouă perioadă a venit cu transformări importante pentru bancă, în beneficiul clienților și angajaților săi. Astfel, banca a beneficiat  de o infuzie semnificativă de capital și a cunoscut o importantă consolidare la nivel de business, management și strategie.

In July 2018, the Bank was acquired by a new shareholder, one of the largest industrial conglomerates in Southeastern Europe.
