Astfel, banca a beneficiat  de o infuzie semnificativă de capital și a cunoscut o importantă consolidare la nivel de business, management și strategie.

In July 2018, the Bank was acquired by a new shareholder, one of the largest industrial conglomerates in Southeastern Europe.
