Eryn Caffrey is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Assistant Principal of Culture at Vista College Prep since July 2023. Prior to this role, Eryn held multiple positions at IDEA Public Schools, including College Counselor, where responsibilities included counseling high school students on college readiness and facilitating professional development for middle school ELA teachers. Eryn's teaching career includes significant achievements as an English Language Arts Teacher, such as attaining high STAAR exam pass rates and adopting effective virtual learning practices during the COVID-19 pandemic. Eryn's early career involved impactful roles with Teach For America and tutoring student-athletes at the University of Arizona, where a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration was earned. Eryn also holds a Master of Education from Southern Methodist University.
