Andy Payne

Andy Payne is the Director of Internal Communications for Vista’s global software engineering, data teams, and European orgs, having previously served as the Internal Comms Lead at Vistaprint. With nearly two decades of experience in business communications, they began their career in television production, subsequently working as a Development Researcher for ITV and NMTV/Mandrill. Andy has held various consulting roles, including Director of Consultancy at scarlettabbott and Senior Consultant at Logistik, where they specialized in strategic internal communications and employee engagement. They earned a BA Hons in Film, TV, Literature, and Theatre Studies from York St. John University.
