Bernadeta Wilk

Bernadeta Wilk is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data science, analytics, and customer experience. Currently serving as Head of CX Measurement and Analytics at Vista since September 2022, Bernadeta previously held the position of Head of Data Science & Analytics at Yonder Consulting, where responsibilities included leveraging insight and strategy for business impact. Prior to Yonder, Bernadeta was the Chief Data Officer at Populus, overseeing data science and analytics across multiple companies within the group. With a robust background at YouGov, Bernadeta progressed through various roles, ultimately becoming Global Director of Data Science and focusing on product innovation and data integrity. Earlier experience includes data-related roles in organizations such as Nowy Styl Group and Predictive Solutions. Bernadeta holds a Master's degree from Jagiellonian University and an MBA from Cracow University of Economics, complemented by advanced training in social science data analysis.
