Chad Martin

Chad Martin currently serves as Operating Managing Director at Vista Equity Partners, a position held since June 2022. Previously, Chad held several key financial leadership roles, including CFO at MeridianLink from May 2018 to June 2022, and Chief Financial Officer at DealerSocket and P2 Energy Solutions. Chad also served as President of Home Care Assistance for a year and was CFO at Pacific Pulmonary Services for seven years. Early in their career, Chad worked as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs for eight years, focusing on telecommunications, technology, and mergers and acquisitions. Chad holds an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BBA in Finance from Texas Christian University.
