John Seni joined Vista Equity Partners in 2014. Mr. Seni is responsible for managing portfolio company financing activities, including buyouts, recapitalizations, acquisition financing, and refinancing. Prior to his role as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets, Mr. Seni served as a Senior Vice President in the Office of the CEO where he managed firm strategy, operations, investor relations, and corporate communication initiatives in support of Vista’s Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer, Robert F. Smith.
Prior to joining Vista, Mr. Seni worked as a Director at Barclays where he helped to build out the firm’s international equity trading capabilities in New York. His primary focus was on Europe, Asia, and emerging markets. Before his time with Barclays, Mr. Seni worked for over a decade at Goldman, Sachs & Co., most recently as an Executive Director in European Equity Trading in London.
