Eva Bötschi

Eva Bötschi has a diverse work experience. Eva started their career as a Projektleiterin Marktforschung at Konso AG in 2006, where they worked until 2009. From 2009 to 2015, they served as Leiterin Kundenmanagement at Nationale Suisse, where they were responsible for customer and partner data and systems, CRM, and project management. During their time at Nationale Suisse, they also took on the role of Projektleiterin CRM & Personenmigration and worked on customer orientation strategy after the company was acquired by Helvetia. In 2015, Eva joined Sympany as Leiterin Kundenprozesse, focusing on process optimization, projects, business analysis, and system development. At Sympany, they later transitioned to the role of Leiterin Customer Analytics. Since 2019, Eva has been working at Vista Gruppe, initially as Leitung Entwicklung, M&A, Projekte & Qualität, and currently as COO.

Eva Bötschi obtained a Master's degree in Sociology, Economics, and Communication & Media Studies from the University of Basel between 2002 and 2006.
